Karalveem deposit
Karalveem – is a big gold and silver bed- rock deposit within the bounds of Bilibinsky area of the Chukotka Autonomous Region. It is situated 20 km west from the city of Bilibino. Karalveem deposit was discovered in 1957.
Ore extraction is carried out by shaft method. Elaborated gravity - flotation scheme of concentration provides 97- 99% gold recovery.
Nowadays Karalveem deposit is the biggest one by gold volume extraction in Chukotka.
